Founding-member pilot terms

The free pilot
Shipping Directory is operated by Databrain Solutions Ltd, company 11125639, Unit C2 Telford Way, Wakefield 41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, England, WF2 0XW. The founding-member pilot is planned for 1 November 2026 and is free for its duration. No payment card is collected and there is no automatic conversion to paid membership. A future paid service would require a separate choice.
What is included
Company profiles, published directory discovery, colleague access, the freight-network research register and a private company partner directory. Lane requests, kudos, references, automated alerts and paid referral rewards shown in the separate demo are not included.
Your company and contacts
Only create or manage a company you are authorised to represent. Keep company details accurate and publish only business contacts you are entitled to share. The company owner controls publication, profile privacy, partner approvals and colleague access. A published profile with private details shows only the company name and city/country until a partner request is accepted. Sending and accepting a request shares full profiles with both companies’ authorised colleagues. Either company owner can revoke future access; previously viewed or copied information cannot be recalled. Colleagues can edit shared records. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials or confidential shipment documents.
Partner selection
Profiles and memberships are self-declared. Publication is not verification, endorsement, credit protection or a guarantee of service. Check identity, network membership, insurance, references and trading terms directly. Freight bookings and payments are agreed outside Shipping Directory.
Acceptable use and reports
Do not impersonate businesses, make false membership claims, harass people, scrape contacts for spam or publish content you have no right to share. Report concerns through Support. We may unpublish a reported profile while reviewing it and will provide a route to respond.
Leaving and changes
You can unpublish your company profile through Account. Contact support to request account closure or an export and agree how shared company records should be handled. The pilot may change or end; we will communicate material changes to participating members. No availability or response-time guarantee is offered during the pilot.
